  • Review live and recorded sales calls from the current week
  • Identify opportunities to improve objection handling, positioning, and close rates
  • Preview upcoming calls and prepare strategy for qualified opportunities
  • Remain available for qualified sales calls as needed

Go High Level Optimization

  • Audit and optimize lead flow, pipeline structure, and follow-up systems
  • Improve automations and operational workflows inside GHL
  • Reduce friction in the sales process and support better team execution

Offer Optimization

  • Refine the HiBOS offer using Buyers From Scratch and Hormozi-style strategies
  • Test and improve messaging, value articulation, and lead process
  • Recommend offer updates that support higher conversion and stronger perceived value
